10/7/2019 0 Comments Rulers: Romans XIIIThis week we looked at a very important subject. Unfortunately the livestream lost signal. If you missed it on fb live here is the audio. This is an ever important topic as so much error abounds in this area right now. All authority comes from God, that said the rulers will be judged for how they have used or misused that authority. The implications of Godly rulers could be studied endlessly. But for those of us in America (which was established as a Democratic Republic) we have a voice and therefore a responsibility to hold our leaders accountable. Will we not be judged as well as those we allow to lead us? Government is an extension of God's benevolent love. If a house hold requires boundaries and discipline to function properly how much more a nation? At the same time, if we (each one as a household) would learn to follow Christ in truth Spirit how much more effective would our government be? We would do well to consider our responsibility as citizens. Today our police officers are put in the awkward position of defending evil at abortion mills and pride parades around the nation. These need our help they need ministry. The legislators need to hear our voice, to know that they should no longer legislate unrighteous decrees. Listen here: Notes:
